Caramel Praline Turtle (1 TUB) 3 GALLONS

I just got a cone with Caramel Praline Turtle at a local shop. It was mostly chocolate chips which aren't anywhere in the description. No discernable pecan pieces. No caramel swirls. It had a few chunks that were like sweet cookie dough. The workers at the shop insisted they had served me the Caramel Praline Turtle. The ice cream itself was alright, but I'm not a fan of chocolate chips in my ice cream and wouldn't have ordered it if the description said it had them. I was looking for the caramel swirls and pecan pieces. This wasn't the experience I expected at an ice cream shop paying for premium ice cream.
