Return Policy

All sales on shop.perrysicecream.com are final. 

Given the perishable nature of our offerings, Perry's Ice Cream does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any goods sold unless the issue for return, exchange, and/or refund is the result of an error in our manufacturing, packaging, or handling of the goods. 

As a policy, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees or similar reasons that are outside of our control. That said, we know how important it is for your package to be delivered on time and we may be able to offer accommodations in exceptional circumstances.   

If a food item arrives damaged, thawed, or with a product defect, please contact us here. All issues regarding melted or thawed product must be submitted within 3 hours. Photos of the product and packaging are required. All other product issues must be brought to our attention within 3 days of delivery.  

Mistakes happen, and we get it! Unfortunately, any mistakes made during the ordering process by the customer resulting in a delayed/non-delivery are not eligible for any refunds. 

 

My order arrived thawed: 

Shipments should be immediately placed in the freezer upon delivery. Should there be any noticeable signs of melting, please take pictures immediately of the product with packaging material included and submit them via our contact form here within 3 hours of delivery. Our product(s) are packaged and shipped to maintain temperature while in transit, and should not be left un-retrieved for longer than 2 hours. If you are unable to be home during delivery, we strongly advise you to make arrangements for someone to receive your shipment.
