I remember the first time I tried Blue Moon at a flea market when I was about 7 or 8 years old (now 43)!!! It was instantly my favorite flavor...but it's impossible to find a place nearby that offers it! Once in a while I get lucky and a local ice cream shop will have it...but it goes FAST!
I lucked into trying this flavor at my local ice cream place after my daughter's lacrosse game and I am hooked. It's hard to describe and equally hard to forget. I paired it with a scoop of Perry's Rocky mountain raspberry for a Blue Moon over the Rockies.
This is like blue pixie sticks and cherry Kool-Aid had a baby. It's my favorite now. And I can't find it anywhere now! Which saddens me greatly. However, I strongly recommend this flavor!
