Refund Policy & Issues After Delivery

Refund Policy:

All purchases on are final sale. If a food item arrives damaged, thawed, or with a product defect, please contact us here so we can work to determine an appropriate solution. Please contact us as soon as your defected order arrives so we can best assist you. All product issues must be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery, and issues regarding melted or thawed product must be submitted within 3 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or reshipment of your order.

My order is incorrect and is missing something or contains the wrong item(s):
If your items arrived and it is not what you ordered, please contact us here and include your:

  • Shop Perry's order number
  • Email address you placed the order under
  • Name of the product(s) you ordered
  • Name of the product(s) you received
  • Images of the incorrect items you received
  • Any additional information regarding the error

My order arrived thawed:
Shipments should be immediately placed in the freezer upon delivery. Should there be any noticeable signs of melting, please take pictures immediately of the product with packaging material included and submit them via our contact form here within 3 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or reshipment of your order. Our product(s) are packaged and shipped to maintain temperature while in transit, and should not be left un-retrieved for longer than 2 hours. If you are unable to be home during delivery, we strongly advise you to make arrangements for someone to receive your shipment.
